Case Summary: Replacing missing tooth with implants

The patient underwent implant placement in December 2024 for replacement of missing teeth in relation to 16, 25,26, 46, 47. The goal was to restore masticatory function and improve overall oral health. A total of 5 Zimmer implants were placed in the missing teeth areas.
Following successful osseointegration, crowns were placed over all five implants. The crowns were selected and designed to provide optimal function and esthetics.

6-Month Follow-Up (July 2025):
Clinical examination revealed healthy peri-implant tissues, no signs of inflammation, and excellent implant stability. Occlusion was well balanced, and the crowns were functioning effectively.

Patient Feedback:
The patient reported significant improvement in chewing ability and expressed satisfaction with the natural look and feel of the restorations.

Outcome:
The final result demonstrated stable implants, well-integrated prostheses, and a confident, satisfied patient. The restorations offer long-term function and aesthetic enhancement.
